Does anyone have book recs similar to Renegades by Marissa Meyer ?

I loved the trilogy and would love to read more about superhero type of MCs but the only ones I find are comics or other graphic novels while i’m looking for novels

Does anyone have book recommendations that happen around the 1800s in England ?
I’m a fantasy lover and have read The Night Circus recently and made me interested in that era, I then read Stalking Jack the Ripper and absolutely fell in love with it !

I’m now looking for any book in that style (fantasy or not) and i would love it if it was also a crime or mystery book like Stalking Jack the Ripper

(also preferably YA)
