So I got tired of getting bit off . So I went 60lb fluoro for the first time . I got 1 bite and still got bit off . Wtf . Someone said they bit at the swivel .. everyone next to me was catching . Is 60lb fluoro to much ? Is it to visible to the fish?

So where I’m at the current is crazy . I’m slightly drifting with 4oz sinker . I’m using crab as bait to catch tog . Is it ok for the crab to drift a little bit ? Or u want it completely still?

P4P. Which is the harder fight , blue fish or stripe
Bass ? I hooked a gator blue and it fought until I put him in the net . Bass will put up a fight but it tires out way before u net him

Does anyone use them when fishing jetty’s ? Are they worth getting if u fish jetty’s a lot ?

So basically I found out my medium jigging world 9ft is still covered by warranty . But after doing 3 days of research I still want a new rod 🤣 . U guys think it’s worth having 2 rods for throwing lures ?

Can you catch blues when the sun is down? I know stripers can be caught but I heard blue use eye sight and not scent ? I’m thinking of heading out tmrw before sunrise . What u guys think?

I snapped my 9ft jigging world onyx . I’m either going to buy it again or replace it. I was looking at the sandstorm from Grumpys or tsunami airwave elite . Any info on them ?

Im new to fishing . I seen a boat coming super fast into the inlet . So I started reeling in and the boat got my line and took all of it . I didn’t want to grab the reel and I didn’t have anything to cut it within reach . Are you supposed to just let it go ? Did I do the right thing ? Or should I have grabbed my reel and snapped the line ? The reel was spinning fast it look liked it would burn 🤣

I just started fishing in April. And got skunked everytime I go here .
