Started taking Vitamin C (C-1000 from NOW) and HOLY CRAP, I feel calm, focused and just happy

I’ve been under stress for years caused by anxiety and mental health, then my dad got sick with cancer in 2019, I was sick for almost 6 months last year with digestive issues, then I lost my dad this year, and relapsed with the digestive issues 2 months ago.

I have been taking Omega 3s, theanine, ashwagandha, and taking care of my diet but NOTHING has helped the way vitamin C has (or perhaps, it was just the cherry on top I needed?)

If you’ve had terrible sleep for a while and overall massive stress, don‘t sleep on vit C! I had tried camu camu powder because of the natural source, but I swear on my life this works! I only got it for collagen synthesis and was not expecting anything beyond that!

Had chia seeds and my abdomen has felt like death for a few days now. Will it go away?

Hey all. I’ve been doing fine, eating pretty much anything from fermented foods to fiber, with mild passable gas throughout the day on certain days where I had higher portions of certain fibers.

However, in an effort to increase my fiber intake, I had some chia seeds. I soaked a tablespoon for several hours in a cup of water, then drank half of the mix in another 800 ml of water. I made sure to hydrate well for the rest of the day.

That night I slept like 2 hours because SIBO-like symptoms creeped in: trapped gas in my upper abdomen that wouldn’t go away. It seemed to be happening every night after that (and ONLY at night), with slight improvement but terrible sleep nonetheless. It’s been 4 days I think?

Today I’ve been feeling it all day since it woke me up at 3 am. I’m worried it might have given me full blown SIBO, but I truly was fine before it. I had smaller portions of chia in my oats every morning. I’m thinking I probably had too much or should’ve soaked them overnight instead of 4 hours only.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I “blended“ the seeds dry as per recs they would be easier to digest. Did I mess up?

On one hand, there are homophobes; on the other, resentful gay men who project their trauma every chance they get. Sigh.

It’s probably my fault for scrolling on X

What if the next generation of the bigger rubber clothes Pollys looked like the original?

Would they be popular among the Bluebird fans?

What would a Shrek movie about the current controversy actually look like?

What if we got a Shrek multiverse? Or a new vain villain obsessed with "perfection and order" who wants to force all fairytale dimensions to look exactly the same.

Or, the Magic Mirror finds a way into the modern world, manifests a physical body, and builds a multi-million-dollar movie studio specifically to profit off of Shrek’s likeness.

They might sound like unoriginal tropes, but you get the gist. What plot would you create?

Feedback on this custom wordmark

Hey fellow designers! I'm currently in the process of learning both design and lettering. I would love to hear about your input on this custom wordmark: inconsistencies, balance, kerning etc. I feel like perhaps there's a world of difference between the T and the K?
