I want to start with GTM Engineer / Stragist role, suggest resources.

Hello guys,

I have been into Marketing since 5 years. Mainly social media marketing and decently successful in it, but I want to love to explore GTM as a field.

First I want to know if GTM Stragist and GTM Engineer are same role, if No what's difference.

Then if you some of you came across, resource. I'd appreciate the help.

Have a nice day you all

Designed a Website for a Jewelry Brand ~ Looking for Feedback

I’m primarily a marketer and content strategist, but I’ve always enjoyed design and branding. Recently, I had the opportunity to design a website for a jewelry client, and I’d love to get some feedback from fellow designers and creatives.

The brand is a handcrafted gemstone jewelry brand focused on quiet luxury, timeless design, and pieces inspired by art and cultural details.
The client’s brief was fairly simple:
Keep it minimal

Make it feel artistic rather than commercial
Reflect the brand’s elegance and craftsmanship
Avoid the typical flashy jewelry-store aesthetic
My approach was to create something that feels closer to a museum exhibition or luxury editorial than a traditional e-commerce website. I focused on clean layouts, generous white space, refined typography, soft imagery, and a calm visual experience that lets the jewelry speak for itself.
As someone whose professional background is more in marketing than UI/UX or web design, this was a fun challenge and a chance to explore a more creative side of branding.

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback on:
Overall visual direction
Brand perception
Typography choices
Luxury feel and positioning
User experience
Anything you think could be improved

Thanks in advance for taking a look. I’m always trying to improve and would love to hear what stands out to you, both the good and the ba

Why I Still Bet on Organic Content

I recently started working with an e-commerce brand.

When I came on board, the account had just over 200 followers. No large audience.

Fast forward a bit, and our content has reached more than 100,000 people, primarily in the US market. We’ve generated inbound inquiries, attracted potential customers, and closed a few deals directly through organic content.
And this is exactly why I never tell brands to stop investing in organic content just because their ads are performing well.
Ads can buy attention.
But Organic builds authority.

When someone discovers your brand through an ad, they rarely purchase immediately. They visit your profile, scroll through your content, check your consistency, and decide whether they trust you.
That’s where organic content does the real work.
The biggest mistake I see brands make is treating organic content as optional once paid ads start delivering results. In reality, the strongest growth happens when both work together.

And here’s something I’ve learned after working with multiple coaches, creators, and brands over the past 5 years:

A large following is beautiful to have, but it’s not compulsory to make sales.
If you’ve positioned yourself correctly, communicate clearly, and your profile looks professional, trustworthy, and premium, people don’t need to see 100k followers to buy from you.
They need a reason to trust you.
I’ve seen accounts with tiny audiences generate real revenue, while much larger accounts struggle to convert attention into customers.
In fact, these are the same principles I’ve used to grow my own community to over 350,000 followers on Instagram.

Because people don’t just buy products.
They buy confidence in the brand behind them.
That’s why I’ll continue betting on organic content, even when paid ads are working.
The goal isn’t just to get seen.
The goal is to become the obvious choice when someone is ready to buy.

Happy to share more insights on Instagram growth, content strategy, audience psychology, and brand building from my experience working with brands and growing communities online.
