What will you be doing with this PC? - I will be using this for work. I am specifically into 2d animation, digital art and minor editing so 3d works.

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? - within next month and will be building one.
What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? this is my first build so except for keyboard I need everything even ups!!
Which state/city will you be purchasing the parts in? Karnataka and it would be online

Keyboard - logitec wired and mouse - hp brand .
Will you be overclocking?
I don't know what this is but for 2d related work I think it would not suffice.

Ssd - 1 tb nvme would be enough
