I really hope things turn out positive but given how the SC talked about it earlier, I am not so sure.

Silly color codes that I use for my art journal entries - sometimes I would just look at the drawings and the color codes and boom, I can recall that memory perfectly!

The Act of Bravery - Exposure - is to keep records of my exposures, I suffer from panic disorder and agoraphobia - recovering now. So wanted to add those entries under a separate category. 👻
