I had submitted a BPG claim on July 31 with all required evidence.

Accor confirmed it’s still “in progress”, but the one-week response deadline has passed with no decision.

They’ve now told me to contact the hotel directly.

Has anyone experienced this?

I just can't wrap my head around this UI (only playing 26 'cause my friends insisted on it and we have an online save together). Where can I find the referee's grade after a match?
