How to accesorize: Traveling to GGN, will do brunch and watch a movie

Occasion: Casual outing with my roommate and her bf + his 2 friends to watch Alpha movie.

Might require some walking outdoor but mostly will stay inside the mall.

Not sure if hair up or down

Accesories: can only think of sunglasses for now.

And heels or sneakers or boots?

Also should i add a jacket ?

Kurti look for a wedding (too much?)

Set-up is: Maternal cousin's wedding, not super serious. Dad not coming, only mom, so want to try this. Is it too out of place? Or is the red too much?

Leg day pump!

I think I'm getting addicted to the leg day rush.

2 hrs of squats, thrusts, split squats, lunges, presses, extensions and Curls.

1:30 AM Leg Pump Hit Different Tonight 🔥

Don't even know how to explain this feeling. The gym was completely empty, just me and the city lights at 1:30 AM. I kept pushing my legs even though they were screaming till my thighs legit gave up. This is the hardest I've ever trained them and now they're burning so much they tremble when i stand. I can literally feel the blood pumping through my body, like every muscle is alive.

I'm flexing a little here because the pump is insane but i felt like showing them off.

Anyone else get these deep "I'm actually progressing" feels esp in night workouts? Or am I just high on endorphins?

Today's routine: barbell squats, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, and some heavy leg press.

Trying the tiny top plus jacket combo the first time.

First time trying this bandeau/crop top + jacket combo and honestly loving how it hides my chubby upper arms while still being stylish (ish).

I've been working out consistently for 3 months (simple home + gym strength training) and lost 3kg (65 to 62) but my waist and belly are still nowhere near my ideal. These outfits make me feel a bit more confident though!

What do you guys think, the girly pink or slightly grown up orange black combo?

P.S. Any styling tips for curvy girls who want to hide arms/waist but still show some skin? example should tie the jacket up in a knot? Or one arm rolled up?

No visible improvements but the weight has gone down!

Lost 3kg (65 to 62) but when I look in the mirror or see these pics side by side, it feels like literally nothing has changed. My body looks exactly the same, especially around the belly and thighs. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm following a simple 3-4 days a week workout (strength training + some cardio) and eating home cooked meals high protein, less rice & oil. But this slow progress is stressing me out. I haven't started whey protein shakes yet. It has been 3 months.

Any advice? 😭
