I hate red racks.
I knowww the person who bought it new got it 20-40% off before donating this. Torrid runs sales like that all the time.

I don’t know a whole lot about cars, but I know that this car has a reputation for the transmission going out after 150k.
My car has 160k miles, I’ve had it for 5 years, got it with about 48k. I’ve gotten two new tires yearly, kept up with oil changes, and have only gotten a new battery once.
I do mostly in-town driving and haven’t had any major issues, but it does sometimes “shutter” going into higher gear or if I’m going after a long red light.
I love this car and want to keep it going as long as possible. This might be a stupid question, but if I take it to a mechanic, what do I ask them? Basically just “can you check the transmission and tell me if anything is about to explode?” I usually have my dad do this but I’m nearing 30 and don’t want to seem ditzy.
Hi! I live in Joplin and I'm just looking for some info on the old pool on 24th st. This is what I've gathered from my research:
- Constructed in 1969 and opened in 1970?
- Was built on the land where Bumble Bee Mine was?
- Members only pool with with a board and annual fees around $250 (kinda crazy tbh)
- Was damaged in the tornado, was repaired and reopened for the 2012 season?
- Mortgage was taken out by board members(?) in 2012 and they struggled to pay it back
- Closed in 2015 and sold in auction in 2016
If you have any additional info or old pictures I'd love to know. I drive by it everyday and it's been gnawing at my curiosity.
If I knew a man was gonna buy I would have priced it higher 🫠🫠🫠
