Please help me diagnose this sound so the dealership will take me seriously

I drive a 2021 Polestar 2 with about 40k miles. I bought it as a certified pre-owned vehicle when it had around 20k miles. I recently took it to the dealership because of the exact chirping noise shown in the video.

When I dropped the car off, the service advisor immediately started pointing out other "issues" that I never mentioned. He said the steering felt weird while turning and that the suspension sounded unusually harsh. He'd apparently been with the dealership since 2024, so I figured maybe he knew something I didn't.

Fast forward five days, and I get a call saying that the steering feel and suspension noises he was concerned about are actually "normal" and that most Polestar 2s make those same noises. That honestly blew my mind—if that's true, why bring them up as potential problems in the first place?

As for the actual reason I brought the car in, they told me nothing was wrong.

The frustrating part is that this chirping only happens after my 30-minute commute, usually in heavy 5 p.m. traffic. You can't recreate it by driving the car around the block for five minutes—it only starts once everything has gotten hot. I don't drive aggressively, I don't slam on the brakes, and my brake pads still have plenty of life left. My own suspicion is that the pads may be glazed, but that's just a guess.

I'm mostly frustrated that the dealership didn't seem interested in investigating the issue I actually brought the car in for. Instead, they focused on unrelated things, then later admitted those were normal characteristics of the car.

One other thing that bothered me: I'm a woman, and I brought my dad with me. I grew up helping him work on cars, so I'm not completely clueless. Throughout the whole visit, though, it felt like the staff paid far more attention to what my dad was saying than to what I was telling them, even though I was the one describing the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this chirping noise on a Polestar 2, especially only after the brakes get hot? Any ideas what it could be, or advice on how to get the dealership to actually investigate it? The noise happens even with slight acceleration and at low speeds.
