WDC Long Term thesis/thoughts?
750->600 in about 2 weeks
Continuous drop whilst others have moved up. Do we think long term this will follow suit with others and eventually break 8-900??

Sukuk UK?
Been reading a lot about Sukuk. Already have S&S ISA. My understanding is it’s the halal equivalent to a bond? Should I put my normal savings here instead of just savings account? And any recommendations on providers etc
Keen to hear what people do. After ISA, just leave most of savings in here? Still got like 10k emergency fund after this to keep in bank

Worst Investor Award??
Am I the worst investor?
ETFs are stagnant for few months. Very rarely ever in the green. Had a stinker with Space X admittedly.
Sandisk, micron, WDC, Kioxia were all doing well post micron earnings but now tanked?? Assuming will go up long term but just feel my entire portfolio is absolute ass
Am I just the worst investor? Started doing DCA and feels more sensible. Just want to at least make my original money back rn, forget any profit. Hurts working so hard daily only to see my investment savings get plowed

Salam all,
Been hearing about Islamic savings accounts but have 0 experience with this before?
Already have some funds in a S&S ISA.
Is the savings account rate fixed? And is the ‘interest’/profit taxable ??
Anyone got experience or recommendation of specific savings accounts/their rate etc I’d be keen to hear any positives and negatives

Is there a fee if you go Plat > Gold?
Hello all,
New to Amex. Got a big spend coming up so looking at platinum as will get the sign up bonus. If I cancel the platinum card and downgrade to Gold, will the gold card be free? It says gold card free first year, but not sure if you downgrade?
Assuming it’s unlikely, though possible that the sign up bonus gets revoked?
