Can I tow a trailer?

Newbie here. I have a 2006 1500 chevy Silverado crew cab 4x4 with a 4.8L engine and a 3.73 gear ratio. My max towing is 7400lbs.

Was planning on getting a 2011 keystone Springdale 190rbls which is 4978lbs dry and 6800lbs fully loaded.

Google recommends that It can do it, however I would need a weight distribution hitch and a transmission cooler along with the electronic trailer brake. It says my truck would be screaming going uphill and I don’t want to pull at capacity if it is truly going to struggle that hard.

That said, I am here to ask the people who might know best, what do you think? Is there a real cause for concern here?
