My pwBPD will often talk about things we’ve done together as if they really enjoy the time we spend together but then when we do that activity they’re miserable and angry the whole time? It’s very confusing

I am looking for the name a bowtie knot that my grandfather would wear his ties in? I’ll post a photo in the comments but the back bow is large than the front and it seems like it has a tongue.
