suggest any product for treating hyperpigmentation and sun spots😭

I’m 23 and have mostly normal skin that tends to get dry during winters. my skincare routine is vv basic (cleanser, moisturiser, and sunscreen).

I’ve always had pretty clear skin, but I’ve had these dark sun spots for the past 3-4 years, ig. please suggest some products that have worked for y’all to treat hyperpigmentation and dark sun spots. i was thinking of using minimalist alpha arbutin serum, idk, i don't want to have any breakouts;-;

a few signatures on my grad degree are missing;-;

myquals graduate, so I got my graduation degree before my convocation. so, the front of the degree is completely fine, all the signatures and seals are present.

but, on the backside, the "prepared by" field and the "degree prepared on" box are blank, while the "checked by" and "success verified" sections have signatures.

could this create any issues during document verification for upsc, state pcs or any other govt exams? has anyone else received a degree like this, and did it cause any problems?

my brother failed his 10th board exams (state board) last year (all 5 subjects;-;) and this year he will be reappearing in june, but he hasn't studied anything at all. like he doesn't even know the basics. me and my parents have tried like everything to make him study, but he doesn't seem to care at all. he has no other hobbies and interests. when asked about what he has thought about his future, he barely utters a word and even if he does so, he just says that he doesn't know. I'm losing my shit because of him. it's not like that he can't learn stuff and all, ik if he just studies well, like for minimum passing marks only, he could make it but he doesn't try, he always pretends that he forgets and all, but it's not the case because there are days when he learns well, but when he gets to know that he will have to study again the next day, he starts pretending again. i asked him multiple times, if he has interest in some other thing, do share. but as i said before, he has no hobbies and doesn't want to learn any skill as well. my family isn't that much financially well that we could him in establishing some business or something of that sort which usually happens in such cases. what's the way forward? smh. are there any career options or skills that i could look into for him? being his elder sister, i just can't stop worrying about him. (eldest daughter core).
