I am using a Fedora 44 KDE machine for the internet. Native fedora updates works just fine, yet, i do keep loosing connection to flathub be it by Discover or either flatpak update. I do believe i am behind a cgnat imposed by my actual isp and i do not know how can i resolve this. I did try to add the flathub repository again, to repair it, nothing gets it better.

Since few days i am struggling with updates on my main machine.

I do get correctly the red or blue update icon on the botton right, yet, it seems it can not update stuff from Flatpak. I could manually update partially the system but trying to update manually from flatpak gives me this error:

Proceed with these changes to the system installation? [Y/n]: y
error: Error receiving data: Connection reset by peer

Does exist any manner of fixing this?

I do have some cassete and cd mechanism which they are jammed because old lubes.

I began with an old walkman which i did clean with ultrasound and engine cleaning spray, together with some wd-40. I got it loose, yet, when i tried to lube it with wax lube for bycicle chains, i got it jammed again.

Whenever i have such mechanism not able to move because of old lubes and they get so stubborn that they do not even respond to ultrasound and strong detergent, what can i try to break that? I do believe i am struggling with polymerized oils..

i'd like to get an usb disk larger than my actual hard disk, so i can backup the whole computer at once.

Since i'm using a 4tb unit and it's close to full, i'd like to attach a 4tb or larger drive on any usb port. My computer just reaches usb 2.0 spec.

Given the fact i'd take weeks to get the new disk in sync with the actual machine, i'm thinking on an idea: To keep it attached the whole time and once i turn on, while using it normally, get Rsync somehow coming up with the system and automatically keep syncing /home/me to that drive. However, i do use to move files from time to time and write some code while listening music. How could i accomplish such goal?

I had learnt that, Air is 80% Nitrogen, which is Element 7 of the Periodic Table.

To cause the phenomenom he called "implosion", if i do not misunderstand him, he made the engine in a manner that:

1. Starts up by causing a vortex of air in a curved / conical maybe, screw-thread like, chamber, until it condenses, but also it becames ionized / plasmatic by triboelectricity. I do believe it may be aided by some sort of high voltage source, some sort of piezoelectric coating and or some catalyst, but i am not fully sure.
2. Once the first plasma gets started, nitrogen may became exited enough to loose nearly all electrons and approach Coulomb state, being so positively unstable that under some conditions it moves from Nitrogen into Hydrogen, releasing a lot of energy which seems to be reused somehow to sustain this "implosion" process.
3. Once Hydrogen gas has been made, it mixes with air's oxygen and under the influence of catalyst, it turns into water. If i do not misremember, it looks like 1800 parts of Air turns into a drop of water, causing a tremendous vacuum, which, the atmosphere tries to occupy inmediatly pushing the turbine of the engine and then became able to do some work.

It's said that, this engine drops pressure, drops temperatures, makes no noise despite reaching theoretical efficiencies of 96%, it would mean, a 2000cc engine equivalent implosion unit would generate 2000 (two thousand) horsepower.

Should this stuff be right or close to a right idea, i do have some concerns:

1. How could you modulate / regulate engine speed and torque? It's said to be seriously hard on this aspect.

2. How could you shield the serious ionizing radiation which may come with such plasma environment, yet keeping the engine able to consume the pressure of the atmosphere?

3. Should that be feasible and last two points solved, what would be the best manner of build it and give peaceful purposes like home generator, power supply for manned evtols, air conditioning / heating or others?

I'd like to install some Fedora variant on a machine, install KODI as the only GUI so i can use it just for that, yet being able to install it. How can it be done?

I do have several mail accounts in my Thunderbird.

However, sometimes i do get lost when expecting a reply from a specific sender in an account i may have forgotten i first wrote to. The search field seems to search stuff on the specific account i may be standing at the moment of searching.

I did several versions of a piece i am creating. It's a block with a small tube out.

In the original i could just align point to point them perfectly, however, i did several versions of the project copying and pasting the tube on each one and it did not allow me to select it when trying to do the boolean union between them. Does exist any manner of getting that small union able to be selected again being a copy of the original?

After a year and some months experimenting with Nx9, i ended up making things. I do have several parts from projects i do wish to save toghether and reuse in further projects. I had learn i can copy and paste a piece from a project into another and reuse it. However, i do believe it has a system of parts library i never used , so, my main concerns are:

1. If i can turn my common parts in a library i can reuse between projects;

2. If i can add third party pieces and how can i get them.

Other thing i am noticing is that, when taking measures from one piece to create another, and or using a piece with holes to make holes onto another one below it, both the part and the holes becames dependent of the part i use as reference, in consecuence, i can not even move it at all. Does it have any manner of sparing the reference part from the ones made using it ?
