Should I pay for an editorial assessment in this scenario?

For context this is a fantasy novel, nearly 40k words. I know it's quite short, but I've had a lot of read throughs and there's nothing else to add. I've emailed this lady with positive reviews and who takes on fantasy, and the price is around £720 inc non-refundable deposit. That's the price for a mini-assessment which she offers, not an in depth one.

I'm just looking for advice on if you guys think I should pay for it not not. I'm in my last year of secondary school, and would really like for my second novel to be traditionally published as my first novel was vanity publishing.

It would be really helpful if anyone could share their experience regarding their first novel and paying for manuscript assessments!

On vinted the ‘new with tags’ option covers for the product either having tags attached, or in the original packaging.

I’m confused because I sold a sol de janeiro as new with tags because it’s in the original packaging, which can also be seen in my images. But the buyer says the seal is broken.

Like what are they trying to get at? You can only sell brand new beauty products which I’ve done. The only missing is the security one which beeps when you leave the shop.
