You'll need the lockbox space personal trait [Fresh from R&R] to reduce the GCD of -team powers to 10 seconds. If you can reliably reduce Intel Teams cooldown to 10s every 10 second window, you can run just 1 copy, but 2 copies ensures you can always pop it after the first expires.

Intel team cloaks you without dropping shields or locking out any weapon or power. If you also have access to the ship trai lt [Exitus Acra Probat], you'll get more stealth value and bonus damage on use of any intel power.

I main an Android. If I get an Apple Watch, I know I will need to own an iPhone to set it up. If I buy a used iPhone 11 or later, that will have no cellular service, will I be able to still active an Apple Watch?

If so, will a cellular service Watch be able to use Apple Pay without the host phone having service?

Is is addiditively? Does 10% +50% = 60% ?
Or is it multiplicatively? 10% +50% = 15% ?
