My brother in law and wife decided to do a mother’s day project. I think they added too much water in the mix…but that’s me just guessing. It’s dry, it looks like shit, and it in the front of the house. Please help.
I have two Hydraulic press dies and I need a design cnc’ed in them. 4140 steel, not sure the hardness. I assume they are in the 40s HRC. They are 3”x6” and in would need the design at least a 1/4” deep. The design would be very simple and stylized cherry blossoms. I know “simple” design doesn’t mean simple to do.
All the companies I’ve called won’t do something this small and I don’t know anyone how can do it.
Any direction would be very helpful.
I want these cherry blossoms without the branch repeated all over the die surface. Not sure if this helps find a place that does small work:
This is on a slight decline and I’m worried about concrete pooling at the bottom. Is the dry method over kill? Any advice would be helpful! I have a lot of bags of concrete from an abandoned project.
Thanks!
