I want to experience the full day but it finishes at 10:30 and the last train from Waterloo is 11:30 And it takes 40 minutes to get to Waterloo from Victoria park. Will it take more than 20 minutes to leave?

My GP is refusing shared care with gender Plus My GPS biggest issue is that I wasn't seen by two doctors. They gave me this list of criteria that the clinic has to follow before agreeing to shared care. What clinics in the UK follow this guidance

I am tempted to just start hormone therapy with gender plus while also getting another diagnosis from a clinic that falls in line with the guidelines and then switching care over to them so that I can then be put onto shared care with my GP and not have to pay for private prescriptions. I'm not sure if anybody else has been in my situation where they're tempted to start with a provider that the GP will not work with but be on hormone therapy with that provider and then switch to a different one that they are more likely to work with
I'm not sure what to do because I don't want to do DIY. It seems dangerous but I also don't want to have to wait another 6 to 10 months to get onto hormones again
