please remind me who this coach was!

hi, I had a break from ladder while I was overseas. I had a coach last year who was really good. I think she had recently had a baby, she was blonde and short. The program was focused on lifting heavy!

If you remember who she was please let me know!

Edit: it was Sam from Team Evolve :)

cute activewear that you can wear at the shops, cafes etc

Hi, how are you all?
I’m looking for activewear styles that look nice on us. I like flared leggings and halter tops, but is there anything else you’d recommend? Thank you xx

coping with fear of seeing people who haven't seen you in a while

Hi everyone, i hope you're doing okay.

I've been away from my own country for 10 months and soon I'll have to go back to work, see old friends, guys I've dated etc.

I've put on a significant amount of weight in that time. I'm so scared for people to see me again, especially men I've dated in the past (as pick me and tragic as that sounds). I don't recognise myself, I'm so afraid of what people will think of me.

Has anyone been able to deal with this?

Thank you <3

Options for covering stomach

Hi!! Usually I have no problems wearing form fitting clothes, I love my high waisted jeans and leggings. But sometimes I just want to have my stomach covered rather than tucking something in. Does anyone have recommendations? Thank you ♥️

laugh or you’ll cry - size talk, language, culture

I’m doing a big trip in Latin America. I’m in Brazil rn. I’ve had to recover during this trip without my family or friends. But I’ve enjoyed lots of amazing food and drinks over the past few months through Mexico, Colombia, Brazil…

I guess there are some things that translate differently in Portuguese hahaha because I suppose in Australia where im from, the shop assistant will say “we have more sizes out the back” or will gently point to the larger sizes for me. But here, I’ve had people say “you are muito grande” “grande, grande” 😭 I know it’s just translating badly lol but still. Also in trying to sell things on the beach, someone nicknamed my friend a certain thin singer and then nicknamed me a larger one.

Anyway. I tried not to let it upset me - I know it’s nothing and it’s true - I AM a size extra large. And I have been for a long time, large bust, large bum and 5’9!!! But being perceived is hard. I’ve always been a “big” girl, even when im thinner.
