Croywall women’s night

I tried Croywall recently and really enjoyed it, took the intro class. Really want to go back but nervous about going alone as a beginner. They told me they have a women’s social night, but I always find it difficult to rock up to things like that as a newbie. Does anyone here go? Or has been? Or feel similarly and want to go?

What’s the vibe at DHSC right now?

I’m currently with NHS England, moving over to DH soon in the merger. What’s the general vibe/morale like at DHSC at the moment, particularly in regards to the merger? We know/hear very little about that side of things so just curious.

How to end a relationship because of his attitude towards women

I’ve [38F] been seeing a guy [40M] for a year and although overall he’s a good guy and treats me with care and respect, he’s shared a few perspectives over the time I’ve known him that have exposed he objectifies women and has a poor attitude towards women in certain situations. Eg. often wondering how many people women have slept with, and thinking we’re always trying to manipulate men or cheat on them. Sometimes I feel he sees women as a sort of game, like a Tamagotchi, where he just has to complete certain tasks to get what he wants from me or keep me ‘happy.’

I’ve decided to end things - do I tell him why? And if so, what do I say? I know he’ll probe if I’m vague.

I ask because I want to end things with respect and care. My ex ended our relationship brutally and I’d never want to do the same to someone else. Aware this is a sensitive issue.

What happens at test of cure appointment after treatment?

What actually happens, is this a colposcopy with biopsy? Or just a smear sample?

I had LLETZ last December and have my 6 month follow up 'test of cure' appointment next week. It's at the colposcopy clinic (NHS in the UK) so I assumed I would be having another colposcopy and biopsy, but now I'm reading conflicting things that make me think it may be just a smear test?

Women and beginner friendly cycling groups?

Hello! I recently moved to South Croydon and looking to get out on my bike this summer and explore the area, and beyond. And maybe make some new cycling friends :)

Can anyone recommend any groups that would be welcoming to a female cyclist who wants to explore rather than race?
