I (24F) moved to Ibb, Yemen in 2023 from the US, where I was born n raised. Absolutely no regrets!!! It’s worth the move. Y’all are too into the western life. I love waking up to mountains and fresh coffee. I love the simple living. I love not having a fridge and making fresh food daily with fresh produce and fresh grains. You just need a stable income. Which if you are outside of Yemen, wasn’t your parent’s original goal to move back? Im extremely white washed and I’m living life here. I have my own steady income, its cheaper to live here by miles compared to the US. Not that I care about cost when it comes to anything, I like Yemen as home not vacation. I go to the US for vacation every summer. I rent a apartment for $150, groceries $200 a month, electric $30 that includes my water heater on🤣, water around the same. I have wifi and everything that I had in the US. You just have to really want to establish yourself somewhere if you REALLY wanna make the move, do the work. My mom moved after me, she has her own apartment. I don’t rely on anyone for my funds, I am recently married with a child, but I don’t rely on him for anything 😂. Im just living life.

Why isnt there a sub for tafsir yet? Would it be too crazy?😭 thinking about joining local tafsir classes, but hardly find some in English where i live🙄 my fusha is not that good yet

Idk what flair to use

Babies are literally milkaholics.. over drink, proceed to make grunting noises, squeaks and burps, those droopy eyes and head bobble. Proceed to tap out onto ur shoulder or arms and then do a what looks like stretch? But nope a massive shart happens.. and then they doze off to sleep with their butts all poo poo pee pee. We proceed to freshen them up attempt to transfer them after 10 mins of holding them upright only for them to STILL “spit up” down your chest.
