I specifically asked if it was because it was getting old and gross, and was told they made it recently, and just made too much. It’s a solid amber, pretty typical for the style. Great opportunity to support local for a better price than domestic haha
Gonna be on the lake for a few days later this month. Only able to bank fish, and am hoping to cross spotted bass off my bucket list. My main plan is robo worm on a drop shot with my UL rod. Should I bring leader line, or would all braid work?
My other travel rod is a MH baitcaster, I feel that would be overkill. Looking for any tips from anyone who has fished there before.
Going to Bahamas late June- early July. Bringing both my travel rods- MH Baitcaster and UL spinning. I was planning on putting a 2000 size reel on my UL to target bonefish. I’m worried my ultralight reel might get spoled because they takeoff like rocket ships from what I hear. does anyone have experience with this?
Reel, line, lure recs all welcome. I know it’s typical to target them with fly gear, but I only have one fly rod that’s that’s not up to the task, and some of my local buddies will have the appropriate fly equipment. Just trying to figure out what I can bring to fish on my own when they aren’t available.
