hey someone is offering to sell me a ticket for the eurostar between london and paris. (For this saturday). I am skeptical of sending money before as it can be a scam.

so they sent me this.

"I send you the ticket, visit eurostar website/app and type the booking number and last name to check for legitimacy. Once you arrive in Paris on the 4th we'll arrange the transfer."

then I looked and somewhere online it says you cant travel with someone elses ticket so I told them and they responded.

"by policy yes eurostar does not allow travelling under someone else's name. I can allocate a ticket under the name you need, if you are interested."

is it a scam? they are selling it to me for £70 and the tickets online are £250
