Struggling with what to do with this space

Ignore the boxes and wheels. Recently moved in from a bigger place where I lived with my ex, getting a storage unit soon to clear space. The tv is a bit high but I’ve mounted it as low as possible. I’m thinking I’ll sell that chair and get a sectional, rug, coffee table, maybe a large plant for the right corner. I also have framed movie posters, concert posters and a few canvases from my amateur photography which I’ll have to find some room for on that right side wall. Not sure where I’d put that lamp though. Any cool unique ideas?

I could use advice for other areas but my “living room” is by far the worst area of my apartment and I hate spending time in there lol. So I will follow up for the other rooms

TRD Wheels + New tires without lift/level

So I know absolutely nothing about these wheels or how they fit on this vehicle. I've seen a lot of photos with these on this model and loved the look so figured I'd pick them up then figure it out. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get everything installed though and hoping y'all could help me out.

  1. These don't have TPMS sensors installed so I need to get new ones. OEM ones seem pretty pricey, am I stuck with those or can I get cheaper ones? Do I need anything specific for this car?

  2. I've seen mixed comments about whether I need some sort of adapter for these to fit. Is that true? What am I looking for?

  3. My car isn't lifted at all and I'm not in a place where I can easily get that done. I figure for my use case the height it's already at is fine. I do want all-terrain/all-weather tires that are somewhat beefy but have zero idea what size will fit with these rims and not have rubbing. I'm fine getting spacers if needed.

I don't have anyone to help me with this so I appreciate your help in advance. Thank you.

I’m not saying that this will work for everyone. It also may not be a “permanent” solution. I understand the point of this sub is to find a way to quit. This will save your bank account until you get there.

Bet limits.

Granted, you’re still gambling. What I found this does for me though are two huge things:
- I’m not losing my paycheck in a day
- Gambling is less interesting to me

I did the self exclusion thing a few times but as soon as it was up, I was fully back to gambling insane amounts of money. I’d feel like total dogshit for days after. I decided I’d set my daily limit to $10 and see how that goes and it’s been amazing for me. Not only am I barely losing any money when I do, but wins aren’t insane dopamine hits to me anymore. Because of that I went from daily $200-1000 bets to probably $20-30 a week. Couldn’t be happier.

Lastly, self compassion. When you lose you get angry at yourself, feel like an idiot, get depressed, etc, being able to forgive yourself, show yourself some love and tell yourself it’s not all your fault set the foundation for yourself to get better. Sports broadcasts, social media ads, influencers have gotten very smart about getting you hooked. Casinos study psychology to better understand how you get addicted to things so that they can abuse it to make money from you. It’s not your fault that you got here, and as soon as you can realize that and forgive yourself it gets a lot easier to quit. Maybe one day instead of placing a bet, buy yourself something nice or buy a good meal. Feel the value of the money that you would otherwise spend on your bet.

I’m not on this sub much so this may be a repetitive post, but I do see quite a few posts from people who say they “can’t stop”, want to end their life, just lost their rent money, etc and thought I’d at least drop what has worked for me.

I feel like I remember seeing some kind of email or social media post describing these. I know they don't wear these on the field but I was curious to see if there was any more information on them or if they're just one of those cool alternate jerseys like they do hats with different colors.
