I wanted to do a run based off of an AA video about him playing as a pre FTL civilization, but is there a way I can go absolutely back to monkey?
Say for my main species I go psionic, and there are also machines in my empire, can I ascend them to virtuality or nanites? And if there is another organic species in my empire, can I ascend them to be like cloning or something like that?
By reasonably, I mean how much income of each resource should I have, how much research, how many fleets, etc etc?

I left this app like a year ago and started making my own stories and such. I’ve ALMOST began to become anti ai.

Sometimes when I’m playing and I go to war with someone, suddenly from a completely different front, fleets from a different empire will arrive. Is it possible to avoid this? How do I know if other people will join the war? Is it bc of the Galactic Community or am I missing smth?

I want to have a run where I’m part of an alien scout team meant to colonize this planet and eradicate all humans, but I’m concerned, will I get joiners or raiders that are my species? Or will I have to genetically modify every single recruit to be like us?
I made a custom scenario to attempt to turn off natural goodwill, since… that feature is kinda bad. However, in the process, I set faction relations to random (-100 to 100). INCLUDING hidden factions… I did not account for the mechs. Apparently now the mech hive is neutral to me, which is why I haven’t gotten a single mech raids, and whenever I summon the diabolus, I can kill it and the mechanoids with no issue.
Is there any mod, or dev mode thing to somehow make them hostile again? I’m not necessarily complaining, its free shooting training with the non hostile diabolus, but I’d like it if they would actually, yknow, fight back.
I’ve been messing around with the Insectoid 2 mod, and I’ve finally started building my army of megaspiders. What should I do now? Give random suggestions like idk, transpod them to the empire or smth.
I'm planning to buy this game, and all the DLC's with it. Should I get all of them or not? I would get all of them, but I see people disliking on cosmic storm?
