Breast fat grafting or implants?

I’ve consulted countless times for both and I still can’t decide. I have a nice breast shape but small and flat when I lie down. My body is very masculine, with broad shoulders, no defined small waist and no butt (I have hip dips). To add, I dislike the idea of having foreign materials in me.

That’s why I heavily lean towards breast fat grafting. I don’t want big boobs, just bigger. I think 2 rounds of that could satisfy my desires, and it’s fully natural in terms of material.

The caveat is that it’s so unpredictable, and apparently fat cells that don’t make it can turn calcified or into oil cysts, and they can be felt when you squeeze the breasts. Ranging from feeling like a sand bag or just feeling a large rock in the chest. There is no guarantee with the outcome of this procedure. You might lose all the fat except for the calcified ones…

Which to me is an absolute no-no.

Then we have breast implants which I’m not that keen on largely because it’s not a one and done surgery and I’d need to plan in the next decade or so. They also just don’t really look natural to me unless they’re in a bra and in photos. But they move like two balls and seem to have a firm stress ball like sensation.

With breast implants, going too small can also make it look unnatural. The natural size for me imo is too huge relative to my body. I look like a P.

So I’m not sure what I should do… fat graft? Implants?

Lastly, the fat grafting surgeon suggested using frozen fat for the second round (considered as a touch up than a full on second round), claims the survival rate is as good as fresh so long as you use it before 6 months. I don’t really buy it but I’d love to hear your opinions or experiences.

Both surgical and non-surgical they were all flops despite me spending YEARS researching and doing my homework. I’m uglier than ever.

First lip filler was done amazingly (extremely natural and flat), second lip filler I went back to the same person over a year later but it wasn’t that great, it was kinda puckery and I had mild migration. Two years later I went with a different injector. During these two years I’ve asked various injectors in person if I should dissolve my lip filler and they all said no. So for the third round I decided to listen and inject without dissolving. Well, it looked good for the first two weeks and now I’m thinking of just dissolving it and going back to my first injector.

Next is temple filler. I have wide cheekbones and flat temples, if injected correctly it can actually make your cheekbones appear slimmer. However my injector injected right on top of my cheekbones and now my face shape looks so ugly. I don’t even know how to dissolve it because I can’t feel it but I can obviously see it when I compare to past pictures.

Next is genioplasty. My chin was completely fine. So I was scheduled to do cheekbone reduction, jaw reduction, and genioplasty, because during consultation the surgeon said what I wanted was achievable. On the day of surgery we went through what I wanted again and he said what I want was not achievable (even though I shared the same photos and thoughts). He told me I had to decide quickly because the OR staff are already prepped so I decided to just get the genioplasty as I was afraid doing my cheekbones and jaw would be a major flop. I was kinda confident about the genioplasty only because I liked my chin I JUST wanted to fix the asymmetry (it was slanted to one side).

I’ve fully recovered from the genioplasty, and unfortunately even though I just wanted to correct the asymmetry, and it has been corrected, for some reason the shape of my chin is completely different and now I’ll need to either get filler or a chin implant… tbh this is making me feel suicidal.

My original chin fit my wider face/cheekbones, but now it is so small and a different shape, add along the bad temple filler, I look like a balloon.

Then, I got paranasal + infraorbital implants. I initially only wanted paranasal but my surgeon suggested I get infras done because I have hollow under eyes which I was aware of. But after I paid the non refundable deposit (50% cost), he told me I have to top up extra if I wanted my infra implant to be more than 2mm thick. So I just went with the 2mm thick implant. I’m around 4 months post op now and my hollow under eyes are still present, my nasolabial folds are even deeper for some reason, and I just look worse than before.

I don’t even know what to do at this point. Everything is so bad.

Y’all if you have the means never ever live with anyone (even living with roommates who are my landlords it’s over $1000 a month for me). I just don’t understand how people can lack such basic decency. It’s one of those situations where prior to signing everything looked great and then turns bad as time passes on. For instance there’s a hole under my toilet causing sewage to seep out on my floor, when I texted my landlord he completely ignored me. He doesn’t live with me but his family does, and it’s his dad who blasts music everyday at my door. Idrk what I can do about it since it’s not all day long but he likes to play it right in front of my door. At any random hour of the day.

I have already tried to make my space as close to home as possible, also because the house is genuinely filthy. It doesn’t look like it on first glance but they don’t even own a mop or a cloth. Cleaning the floors in my room alone took over 12 hours because it was PACKED with dirt and grime. The door took 4 hours. Can you imagine? One side of a door took 4 hours to clean because what seems to be worth decades of grime has been packed in every crevice of that door. My landlord also said he wants to move back into my room after my lease ends so lucky him because this room is cleaner than all the other rooms combined and I am the one who has to spot and fix all the problems here during my short stay. 😫
