19F traveling alone from India to Japan for the first time. Honestly, I’m terrified 😅

Hi everyone!
I’m 19 and I’ll be traveling to Japan in mid-September. I’ll be meeting my sister there, so I won’t be alone during the trip itself, but I’ll be flying from India to Japan completely by myself.
This is my first solo trip, I’ve never even traveled domestically on my own, so the idea of flying to another country feels a little overwhelming. I’ll be flying with ANA, and I honestly don’t know what to expect from either the airline or the journey in general.
I think what scares me the most is the fact that I don’t speak any Japanese at all. Everyone says Japan is very safe and easy to navigate, but I’m still worried about how difficult it’ll be for someone with absolutely no travel experience. Has anyone here done Japan as their first solo trip? Was it easier than you expected?
I’d love any advice, travel hacks, ANA experiences, or just some reassurance from people who’ve been in a similar situation.
Also, I’ll only have about a week in Japan, mostly around central Japan, so I’d love some general Japan tips as well. Are there any places that you think every first-time visitor should see? Any recommendations would be really appreciated!
