Stopping Reta

I think once this vial is up i'm done. I admit, I started reta at an average weight and was warned of what would happen. I lost a lot of weight and people are worried. Even though I was at an average BMI, binge eating has always been a struggle of mine. I've never been obese but I've definitely had my years of being overweight. I love not having food noise. I love not thinking about it 24/7. I love not overeating myself into physical illness during a binge. Will I get extreme hunger once the effects wear out of my body? I know it won't happen instantly but when it does, will I binge myself into even weighing more than before? Do I have to be on this forever?

Employer wants doctors note, I have no insurance

EDIT: I finally got a doctors note and it only took me from noon-8:30PM. After a call to my manager explaining I don't have insurance didn't work well enough for him, my friend recommended me TelMDCare
It was cheaper than Teledoc running me $45 for my total call. Anyway, I think the way this restaurant handling this is absolutely ridiculous. I've been working in restaurants since I was 15 and I'm now 22, and have never been given this much trouble to call off so I am not sick handling the food you guys ingest. My two weeks will be submitted soon I think☺️

I work at two restaurants where I make fine money at both. If I had to leave this job I'm not incredibly worried because my other one would give me full time hours immediately. However, it'd still suck and the job i'm talking about would look great on my resume if I could at least keep employment for a year.
I'm very ill right now. I had to call out of my Tuesday shift for vomiting hours before. I was off Wednesday. Had a slight ache in my throat and really bad eczema outbreaks but I thought it was just allergies until night time rolled around. Last night and today, i'm experiencing flu like symptoms. I have flu/covid tests getting delivered. I called in at 9am, I am scheduled at 4pm so more than enoughs notice. My employer still asks that I get a doctors note. I don't have insurance anymore and of course my local restaurant job does not offer insurance. I said okay, called my mom because I'm dumb and 22 and paranoid. She told me I should call back and let them know I don't have insurance and could only go if my job reimbursed me for the visit. I'm overreacting but I don't know if I should just go in sick for my scheduled shift tomorrow night with a mask, if I should quit, I feel like even Urgent care would still run me $300 minimum but I don't know. I just lost my insurance within the last few months so I don't know what a good cost estimate would be with a UC visit. What have you done in this situation?

Partners orthodox and i'm not

I'm not really sure if I'm here to vent or to get advice or to see if anyone can relate. I'm not sure what I want from this post but words in any form would be appreciated. I'm a biracial woman who was raised in an islamic household. My family was not super strict in a lot of muslim practices like substance use or modest covers but I had a rocky and somewhat minimal traumatic experience with religion growing up nonetheless. I've never really been religious I feel. Even as a younger child. It's never made sense to me. My relationship with God is too personal for religion in my head. Also I question too much and I don't like to think i'm correct about everything. Which is why I don't understand how everyone can be so sure that their religion out of the hundreds that there are in society can be the one and only true religion. Anyway, I met a man. We dated for 3 years. He grew up southern baptist, then kind of drifted away from religion. When we met I felt he had the same feelings towards religion as I did. The last 6 months of our relationship though he got really into orthodox christianity and we had many conversations about how basically I can not reach eternal salvation without conversion, and how he could never marry a woman who isn't Orthodox. We are now in communication again, he's apologized for those words and says he can be with me no matter what. But he still talks about orthodoxy for most of our conversations when we hang out no matter how much I try and communicate that i'm not comfortable nor do I feel truly loved with his prior words and current beliefs. Maybe I'm in the wrong. It feels like it. But I hate it when he speaks on his religious beliefs now and no matter how much he says he's not trying to force anything onto me, that's all I feel. I also feel like I'll never be truly loved by him unless I convert. However, my head has been too far gone from religion for what feels like my whole life. I can't fake it. Nor can I shake the kind of discomfort I feel on a white christian man making me feel like eternal salvation isn't possible for me because I won't believe in what he does, but maybe I'm the friend that's too woke.

NSFW tattoo areas

Hello! For a while i've been wanting my areolas and pubic bone area tattooed but i'm kind of unsure on asking how? I want to respect any artists boundaries and would want full open communication on rather an artist is comfortable or not tattooing those areas. Has anyone here gotten more risky areas tattooed and how did you inquire your artist about it?

No Parking or Car Camp...Now what

It's my first Electric Forest and I have never been so disorganized with a festival. I usually have all of my ducks in a row the day tickets go on sale for a fest. This year with a long term breakup, moving twice, and several deaths in the family, i've just been a disorganized mess. I had a car camping pass a while ago and sold it as I planned to group camp, but I waited too long to buy group camping passes. Now i'm out of luck in finding parking and car camping passes. I have a wagon and it's only me and my friend together. We are sharing a tent, bed, etc. I can walk a long distance so I don't mind parking outside of Forest but I don't even know where to start or where to go! I've never even been in the state of Michigan.
