Any great prenatal yoga classes that you know of?

I had the stressful experience of having no result from the NIPT from a Australian Clinical Labs, including the recollection but was able to get a result with Sonic Labs. Just wanted to share this with any expecting parents as it can be so stressful waiting for these tests.
