I was playing with random group where they kept bringing Patch, and no one listened. From the frustration tried Bittersweet and it healed Patch. Talent is obvious, but it did not click for me, so thought of sharing in case it helps others.

Rikers rushers take 4-5 mags now. You can at least run way or slowly get them in open world. RIP if you get rikers in descent loop. You will run out of ammo or die if you get 2 or more.
Countdown glitch during the expertise event is sadistic.
I don't mind the enemies, status effects and other shenanigans. But please, turn off that humming sound in dz.
At the risk of sounding rude, skill builds already feel useless in higher difficulties. Why not give bonus of skill efficiency for skill tiers above 6? Prototyping 4 yellow pieces is 6 skill tiers. If I prototype the remaining 2 plus technician that's 10 skill tiers total.
If it's too difficult to code what not just make it simple by 6 skill tiers + (4*xxx skill efficiency)?
Library: useless for prototype
Expertise: why go through pain? I saw some shd 100 with full prototype build.
