Is there a way to move the workouts without switching them out for a rest day?

I want to move one of my non-priority workouts to one of the rest days, and change that one to a rest day. Is that possible? Or do I just have to take it on the day I want, no matter when it’s scheduled? I’m new and doing the free trial!

Wish we could have a Hilary Duff ride!

I know this will probably NEVER happen due to her partnership with Ladder, but seeing Rebecca using What Dreams Are Made Of to close out her last strength of HiLit was AWESOME. I literally just went to the HD concert last week, so I ended up replacing the low impact cardio with a 10 min just ride and blasted some Hilary music! She has so many bangers - old and new - that go perfect for cycling!

Not a real in depth post, just a minor desire I wanted to share after my great self-made ride 😀

Lack of flexibility making Pilates feel impossible

I know I shouldn’t compare myself to others, especially instructors who make their living off of teaching classes… but seeing how easily they’re able to keep their legs straight or stretch when doing Pilates makes me feel so incompetent. I feel like I’m not getting a lot out of these classes because I can’t keep my legs straight or lift them high enough. I do a lot of strength, training and cardio work, and Pilates doesn’t feel difficult from that perspective, but I can’t do the moves as prescribed because my legs literally won’t let me. I’ve always been very inflexible, even as a kid when I was doing ballet dancing three times a week. I’m just not sure if Pilates is not for me because my body will not allow me to do it.

I sort of wanna give up with it because I’m not seeing the benefits, especially seeing as how I can’t physically do a lot of the moves. I always feel accomplished after a strength or cardio class, and I can’t see how Pilates will actually help me reach my goals. IDK maybe I’m just being a complainer. But I don’t see the benefits of it so far and I can’t even hit the moves, so I’m wondering if it’s even worth it. Anyone have advice or thoughts?

Is there anyway to customize your Plan?

I hate the weekly plan! It’s cool that you can move the modalities between days, but I want to choose my own structure - like select PowerZone once a week, intervals, etc. Is this just not an option, or am I doing it wrong?

Wow HiLit is HARD and I need new weights (suggestions?)

For context, I’m currently doing the original highlight. I want to finish that before I move onto high plus. I have waited at first because I’m somebody that really loves hard work, and I thought a program that advertised itself as “low impact” wouldn’t be good enough.

Boy was I wrong. The first week was obviously not bad. It was more of an introduction and warm-up of what was to come.

I press play on the week two strength class, and I thought I was going to die. My forearms could not keep up. I’m deleting myself on their strength training, so I was very surprised that I struggled so much. However, I don’t have the proper weight!

I really should be pushing 30 on some of the moves. However, I only have up to 25. Instead of going less, I end up picking up a 5 to 8 pound weight and holding it with the 25 in my hand - all in one palm. As you can probably guess, this is not the ideal one weightlifting. Unfortunately, weights are not cheap, especially the heavier weights.

I don’t have a huge budget to just go out and get 30s, 40s and, 50s, but that’s realistically what I think I need as the programs progress. What do you guys do for affordable weights? And how much were you realistically going up? Again, I want to transition a high plus after I wanna be sure, I have the correct weight selection!

Disabling safety features for my own safety?

I love the safety features in my 2025 Kia Seltos. However, I’d be honest that sometimes they can be actually unsafe for me.

I’d rather keep them on most of the time, but particularly when I’m backing up out of my driveway, the safety features can actually be very dangerous. I live on a busier road, but my driveway is slightly hidden. I need to back up a little bit to be able to see cars coming from either direction. I know not to back up all the way and I’m not actually entering the lane, just backing up to the line so I can see if anybody is coming. However, if somebody is coming from either direction, even though they aren’t physically close to my car, the backup feature will jerk me forward, stall my car out, and leave me with a hurt neck and a huge delay in backing up. The car then aggressively tells me to “drive carefully.” I can’t drive carefully if you literally will not let me!

I don’t want to fully disable them. I’d prefer an option where I contemporarily shut them off, especially the backup option. Is anyone aware of a way to do this? Thank you in advance.

What to do after Spring Cross Training?

I love a split, and I love that this program builds progression in both strength and rides! I can’t find anything similar that they’ve done… I wish they would do this once a season! Any suggestion for other collections or programs, or even building my own schedule for the next month?

A 1993 Enesco Corp dragon designed by GG Santiago!

Not so much looking for exact value, but any info on this vintage collectible would be appreciated. I absolutely love her, and would love to find other pieces from the same catalogue or collection, if anyone knows anything about them!
