Water Sandals or Water Shoes for wide feet, no arch support, flexible sole?

Hi all!

We used to use Ten Little splash sandals for years, but lately these are rubbing in a bad way on my son’s ankles (he’s almost age 4). Can you recommend anything else that is similar? Trying to keep the price around the same, $45ish or less. I’m a fan of minimal/barefoot style shoes and try to go for similar for my kids. He would be using it at splash pads this summer.

Wonderland222 A5 all in one vertical - stacked or unstacked?

Hi everyone!

2026 was my first time using this planner. I got the stacked version and overall I really like it. But I do wish I had more space in the weekend, and currently I compensate by putting most things in the daily/blank pages. I’m curious about the unstacked, but worried it’s just too narrow for the a5 size. I tend to write appointments in the weekly spread, as well as jotting down quick notes of things I accomplished next to the time of day.

Can anyone who has tried both advise?

Thank you!!

What do you do when you’re solo and need to cook, but don’t want to use the TV every night?

Hi everyone! We’re a low screen household and I have a 3.5yr old and a 14 month old. My husband is working a job with longer hours, so I’m not able to rely on childcare during that 5pm slot for cooking dinner.

I am really trying to limit tv and don’t want to use it every night, even though it gets food on the table. But is this something I need to compromise on, and just accept using tv more? I already try to make food with low prep. But i am still usually in the kitchen, then rushing around the peninsula to grab the baby and break up a fight or try to get the two occupied with some other toy/activity, without burning stuff. It’s exhausting and stressful.

What do you guys do when it’s time to meal prep and cook, instead of using tv?

Good/Bad idea? Sticking with a black and white ONLY printer

Hi everyone!

I have a preschooler (3.5yo) and am thinking of doing a homeschool curriculum for a second language this summer with him. Am I doing myself a disservice if I stick with our laser printer, which does only black and white? For those more experienced than me, what do you think?

Hi all! My baby is 1yr old and approaching 20lb. Both my husband and I will wear her for hours a day. Between 2-4hrs for him, and can be up to 6hrs for me, depending on what is happening that day. We almost always wear her front facing in. He’s got an ergo original and I use a Tula explore. I do have a meh dai but haven’t used in a while.

We’re both getting some bad back pain. I would say maybe rhombus muscle for me? Mid back pain for my husband. I’ve searched the sub and I see you guys often say to raise the waistband higher, more to the waist. But if I do this, I can’t see past my baby’s head 😂 as for my husband, he complains that the higher waist pushes uncomfortably on his stomach.

Once it gets a little warmer here, I think I can do more back carrying. But other than that, what can I do? Have you been through this too with a heavy and tall toddler? How are you caring for your own body, in general, when you baby wear a lot?
