I'm stupid. I thought my kefir grains dissolved after switching to raw milk, believing the present raw milk microbes outcompeted the kefir grains and tore them up, or something like that. It turns out I had the jar with the finished kefir, not the jar with the fermenting milk that had the grains. 🤦

drinking traditional kefir for the first time. spent 3 days revitalizing the bought grains through milk cycling, followed by half a day of seemingly very fast fermentation at room temperature. the product is very smooth and non-offensive. do you wait more and do you use the fridge to slow it down?

The game peaked at 888 concurrent players, now has been delisted, and the servers are shutting down on June 19, 2026

According to STJV French labor union, the game was greenlit in 2018 by Guillaume de Fondaumière, David Cage and Grégorie Diaconu, so before Quantic Dream was bought by NetEase, a Chinese publisher.
