Package on the vehicle for delivery, suddenly keeps returning to the facility 2 days in a row.
just wanted to complain.
i have been waiting all day, because they give very vague time window for the delivery (10AM - 2PM). once again, it changed to "delivery before 10PM" and then new delivery date appeared which is monday (since they don't deliver throughout the weekends). it upset me a bit, since i HAVE to sign it so i HAVE to be home. and frankly, i have more important things to do than to wait for the delivery man that might or might not show up.
i wouldn't mind it if this was done way beforehand, but this is just weird; almost as if the package never left the facility or the driver was lazy to actually deliver it LOL
not to mention and not to dox myself, but i don't live that far from the facility, so it shouldn't take 2 "attempts" to deliver it.
i think it's my last time using fedex. every time i used it, they rushed me with all the payments just to provide awful service. honestly, i just used it because the delivery was cheaper than with belgian postal service, but is it really worth it...? 🤷♀️
package comes from japan and all the customs and taxes have been covered, so there's no way it's all about documentation etc. service is international connect plus. contacted the customer service, but i don't have high hopes for that.
anyway, don't treat it as anything else than a little rant. have a nice day and i hope your packages come soon. ✌️
