Mobitz 2 or SSS? Or am I way off?
It looks like mobitz 2, but I don't see an atrial depolarization prior to the pause. Is that a necessary component?

I will be running my first 50k and 50 miler this year and need help picking out a watch and would love some suggestions.
For all my prior marathons, I have just used a casio for the stopwatch feature. But as I have been getting more into solo trail running, I want to prioritize a few other features/safety while still maintaining the barebones. I realize I am looking for a very specific watch that probably doesn't exist, but open to any suggestions!
