Wanting to reseal my leaking bib and am running into issues removing the old turn handle. The handle is tapered and I've hit it with PB over the last 24 hours. I'm afraid of pulling too hard and damaging the rod in there. Is there a puller for this? Do I cut it off? I'd have to tear into a finished ceiling to replace the whole. What would you do? Don't say call a plumber, look at me, I am the plumber now

It's metal and bakelite and seems to be the earliest travel game and was made alongside the early generations

Year old from local community tree sale. The main trunk was trimmed. One branch dead the other branch has the main part dead but two sprouts off of it. Just looking for advice
