As the title states. It started around when the outage was happening in America. The iPhone is my spouse's phone

Normally if I was home, I would just delete the eSIM and start over, but don't want to chance while I am abroad.

It's still getting service but no 5G, says it's only connecting to 3G.

Any other troubleshooting steps I can take?

Otherwise I'll just turn my hotspot (Pixel 10 Pro)on for better speeds
