soo yeah, thats fun. the day 400+ world I was on 4 hours ago is just gone, thanks steam, or klei

whoever it was. I had my world as a cloud save so i could keep playing at my bfs house, i figured a cloud save was safer, but nah. goodbye world </3 ill miss ya

this is the first time Ive had local worlds reset so suddenly :( i didnt do anything weird, i closed the game like normal, let steam cloud sync, then turned off my pc. is there anything I can do to find my world again?

I was looking through my files for traces of my world, im not sure exactly what to look for bbut the only thing of note are in the file path:

C:\Users\cruck\OneDrive\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\275054548

with files called client_save, Cloudsaves, Cluster_1

after many attempts of a "forever world" type of thing, ive finally made it past year 1 :) with the collective help of strangers who come and go. ive taken progression very slowly, mostly worked on a somewhat pretty base but i am proud of it (will post pics another time but trust it is a nice base <33)

the last 3 people Ive tried to set up times with ghosted me and its been long enough i js wanna get it done yall, i need the chest skin </3

Sooo I lost my item and character collection from Playstation, after moving bck to PC gaming for the foreseeable future. After completing the Expectamus puzzles I have enough klei Points to redeem the remaining spools needed for one character, what do yall think?

who should I get first? (until new reward links are made available, then I will have enough for the other)

I guess the top latch on the cage was loose, his crestie managed to push it open, where she ended up nearly 20 or 30 feet from her cage. (I dont think the cat dragged her she seemed intact, she must have jumped onto the padded floor and crawled)

I came back upstairs in the dark to see the cat meowing, just watching and gently patting the gecko 😭 i was so scared but i swear, if she wanted to hurt the gecko she would have MUCH sooner. Im just glad I got there as soon as I did, my boyfriend was asleep

Im just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with their cats? It was so weird, and scary. But the cat seemed genuinely worried about the gecko, meowing for my attention to bring her back to safety.
