What do the employers see when I apply?

I just joined local 353 in Toronto. I am curious as to what the employers see when I apply for a call?

Could I use any domain company?

My visa blocks one recommended on the panel.

I’m wondering if I can use square space as I already have domains on there for my web dev projects.

Looking into a panel

Hello everyone,

Mods, if this isn’t allowed let me know how I can fix it to be able to post it.

I’ve been looking into a panel for my friends and family. I’ve looked at the two main marketplaces that get mentioned online a lot.

I have purchased accounts from one of them already and was happy with the service for the most part. I just feel like the service required would be different if I own a panel.

I have read some reviews of one of the most popular sellers on one of the marketplaces lacking with responses and assistance. Is the person I purchase the panel from the only direct method of communication or are there others I can communicate with? They offer the lowest cost I’ve seen so far and it’s why I’m more inclined with purchasing it.

What am I supposed to do here as a support when my dps and tank genuinely keep feeding

Heres the replay code: PZ0DP7

I asked Rein not to charge in while discorded and he says no. Proceeds to spend the whole game dying, staggering, and not once peeling for teammates. My other dps spends the whole game feeding. I played Juno and switched to Kiri to try and cleanse our tank and keep him up as best as possible.

I went from D1 to P2. No matter how much of a break I take, its the same thing over and over. I have had countless teammates just int the whole game. No in game coms, no nothing. I have had people leave VC all because I was comming and they said I was being annoying. This is genuinely the most frustrating thing ever. I was so close to masters, and now here I am.

Hard stuck Diamond looking for some guidance

Hey Everyone,

I believe I am hard stuck diamond. I believe that I can hold my weight in Masters lobbies as I have been in them and do even better than I do in Diamond lobbies. I have been a couple games off Masters twice now, and both times, it is followed by an insane loss streak.

I am so far from perfect. I have so many flaws in this game and have my role to play in losses 100%. I do somewhat rely on having a decent team to be able to perform and I do not always have the ability to carry my teams to victory. However, there are games where I genuinely feel like no matter what I do, we lose. I mainly play support right now as my confidence for DPS is a bit shot lol.

If anyone who has the time and is interested in reviewing my replays and giving feed back it would be greatly appreciated. I am going to provide replay codes on where I think I did everything I could, and where I feel like I was the problem, win or loss.

Loss:

Game 1 - SD1NA0 (Moira. I feel like I did whatever I could to fill the DPS gap)

Game 2 - XWJ80P (Moira)

Won:

Game 1 - 1GH5Z3 (Wuyang and Juno. I am still trying to get better with Wuyang so forgive me cause it is bad in my opinion lol)

Game 2 - 99JTBT (Juno. I think I played really well this game)

I am open to constructive criticism. I want to get better and want to finally get out of diamond)

Edit: Also, can anyone point me to videos I can watch that can help me improve? I have no idea who to trust and what to follow lol.

ROE hours not adding up to the hours given to me by previous employer

Looking for some direction here. I am going to give a bit of background here in case any body can offer me assistance with this. I am an electrical apprentice in Ontario. I worked for an electrical company between 2018 and 2022. The issue is I never registered as an apprentice for that company since I was pursuing different career goals at the time and it required me to travel a lot. After two years I decided to go back into the trade and got a job with my current employer. My employer asked for proof of hours that I worked at my last company, I requested it and they took too long to send it that my current employer just credited me 1400. They ended up sending the email afterwards stating I had worked 4500. This was February 2025.

Fast forward to today, I am now attempting to get those hours back and would need a signature from my previous employer in a letter but they refuse to sign a letter and told me to reference my ROE. This is where the issue is.

When I calculate that hours on my ROE's from 2018 - 2020, they dont add up to the 4500 hours that was given to me through email. One of the ROE's, it states I have 956 of insurable hours and only shows the last 52 weeks and not the 52 prior to that. The other is 2020 - 2022, and the last 2022 - 2022. There was shortages of work through this time thats why there are three of them. I cant access all my pay stubs as they switched systems a bunch of times and pay stubs are scattered.

Am I doing something wrong when adding the hours? Is there something they messed up on their end? What can I do?
