Compensation
Our compensation is based on each artist's skills, experience, portfolio quality, and overall alignment with the role. The ranges below are intended as guidelines, with the final offer determined after reviewing your portfolio and completing the interview process.

Estimated Monthly Compensation:

  • Minecraft & Pixel Artist (16x Models & Textures): USD $500–$3,500/month
  • Low Poly & Minecraft Pixel Artist (32x/64x): USD $500–$3,500/month
  • Pixel Artist (Sprites & Animated VFX): USD $500–$3,500/month
  • Concept Artist (Stylized Creatures & Environments): USD $500–$3,500/month

We evaluate each candidate individually, taking into account factors such as technical proficiency, artistic style, relevant game development experience, ability to match our art direction, and the complexity of work they can independently deliver. Our goal is to ensure that compensation fairly reflects the value and expertise each artist brings to the team.

We’re looking for a 3D Animator focused on creature and character animation to bring stylized, cuboid characters to life with strong motion, appeal, and expressiveness. You’ll work mainly in Blockbench (FK rigs), with IK Rigs to be used later. Training will also be provided to help you adapt to our art style.

Responsibilities:

●Animate creatures and characters with clear, appealing motion.

● Break down complex movements into simple, readable poses.

● Work in Blockbench using FK rigs and refine animations from feedback.

Requirements:

● Experience with Exclusively FK Rigs

● Strong 3D animation fundamentals and understanding of motion.

● Experience in creature and character animation; high focus on appeal and expressiveness.

● Ability to retain essence while animating minimalistic cuboid characters.

● Adaptable, trainable, and open to growing with the studio’s art style.
