Looking for games with good single player and not too much focus on building

I really enjoyed dysmantle and forager, especially the metroidvania-esque elements of them both. I'm playing on a controller all the time since I'm using a steam deck so controller support is also a must. I don't mind a more streamlined/casual survival games but I won't dismiss harder ones either.

Is Walter files just a FNAF copy

Hiya. I've noticed a lot of people really love Walter files, including some big YouTubers making videos about it. I watched the first episode or a couple of the early ones, can't remember caus eit was a while back, and it just looked exactly like the FNAF story to a t. Was wandering if things start differentiating themselves at all

What's so good about reverend insanity

I'm about 10 chapters in, listening to audiobook cause I'm not much of a reader. I got it recommended a lot so I checked it out and the main points on why is good are: bad guys can win if they're strong, mc is a bad guy, world building is good. But that doesn't really cut it for me cause I know plenty of stories with morally grey or black protagonists that also don't have 2000 chapters scattered across 48 different sources
