Help identifying this silver(?) spoon found in the USA

I think it's silver based on the ice cube test and sound. There is a stamp on the spoon bowl, can't read it. It's about 4 inches long. I cant find a similar one anywhere online. Anyone have any suggestions on how to move forward and learn more? Thanks!
