a few days ago i think my ovary hurt all night, at least until i fell asleep, (i don't know if the ovary is situated there but i searched where they're placed so i think it's there) and now it hurts again and also my leg, idk the leg could be my spine issues though, but it doesn't go away (been hurting for a few hours) and im afraid to go to the doctor because my cousin had a cyst (she's sexually active though, im not cuz im almost 17 if it's relevant) and she had 1L of blood in her stomach and she could've died if her legs didn't stop working so im scared cuz what if i have that or something that is deadly or need surgery (deadly afraid of falling asleep)

also i want a female doctor and KNOW my dad would most likely come with me if i do go to the doctor because moms working all day and he could stay outside but i don't feel safe alone in there yk

im scared of the thing they insert (don't know the name) even if google, because of course i searched, says it will only be an x ray

should i see a doctor soon or pray?

ill start off by saying this, my tooth (the penultimate one from upper right) got tartar, it looks bad, a few months ago i think and most of my teeth are getting it now even if i clean them rather good id say. my point, today it started hurting up on the right at the end, hurts more when i open my mouth a lot, and when i touch with my tongue it's bumpy and the other side isn't and i don't know if it's most likely to be an infection or my wisdom tooth coming out

i want to go to the doctor (first for a professional cleaning) but im scared because what if its something bad and my teeth will fall or what if it's so infected ill die because it reaches the brain, and im also scared of the criticism the dentist will say because i AM aware i need to clean good but it doesn't do anything when i do

how do i find the motivation to go to the gym again? i had a trainer for a year and a half and stopped around a month ago because i wanted to go alone since it's cheaper and ik what to do but now i feel kinda anxious and have no motivation to go, one of the reasons being that it's very hot outside and i get nauseous because of it (i even do when im in my house with the ac on), and everyone makes me feel like it's my fault and makes me feel bad because they say everyday "go to the gym" "you don't get sick, it's stupid" "all your progress will be for nothing" and now im contemplating going just because i feel pressured

also my uncle says i can go with him but all he does is arms and i don't wanna be with his friends as i would be the only girl and im also a teenager so I feel weird

i got my new brace i think a month ago and when i lie down in ANY position my chest (well, mostly between my boobs) gets numb quickly and it starts to hurt. i can't sleep because of it. when I sit up it goes away at some point, this has not happened with my previous brace

what can i do about this? also my arm gets numb in any position even if not under the brace
