30 [F4R] Delhi-Anyone flying DEL -> HAN tonight?

Currently hanging out at IGI Terminal 3 waiting for my flight to Hanoi. If anyone else is on this route or just killing time at the terminal, hit me up! Down for a quick coffee or just a chat before we board.

We could grab a quick coffee (or a snack at the food court), share some travel itineraries, or swap recommendations

Hi everyone! I’m heading to Vietnam soon and have a specific logistics question regarding the Delhi to Vietnam flight (Vietnam Airlines).

My flight departs Delhi at 11:35 PM on the 15th and arrives in Vietnam on the morning of the 16th. My E-visa is issued with a start date of the 16th.

Since I’ll be checking in and passing through Indian immigration on the 15th (when the visa technically hasn't started yet), I’m a bit nervous about a few things:

• At Delhi Check-in: Will Vietnam Airlines staff refuse to board me because the visa isn't "active" at the moment of check-in/boarding?

• At Delhi Immigration: Do the officers in India check the start date of the destination visa, or are they just worried about the exit stamp?

• Arrival in Vietnam: I assume since I land on the 16th, I’m totally fine for entry?

Has anyone taken this specific late-night flight from India with a "next-day" visa?

I want to know in case I should apply for a new e-visa. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Lately, my weekends have been a bit too quiet because my main social circle is scattered across different cities. I’m curious,for the people in their 30s here,how do you stay connected with your out-of-city friends?

More importantly, how do you spend your Saturdays in Delhi? I’m trying to move past the 'home-stay' phase and actually explore. I'm a researcher by day, but I want to be a 'person who does things' on weekends.

If anyone is in Delhi and wants to join me for a heritage walk or a pottery class (or even just a focused co-working/reading session at a cafe), please reach out! Totally platonic and non-creepy—just looking for women in similar life stages to hang out with.

I’d welcome suggestions for cafes in Delhi where it's culturally acceptable to sit with a book or a laptop for 3 hours without getting side-eyed?

TIA!
