Tow trucks should tow a rental car with them
If you need your car towed, that means it ain't workin, and you'll need another car to use while it's being fixed right? They can drop off the rental for you to use while they bring your busted car to the mechanic. Partnership between the tow service and the rental company makes them both money, you don't have to call for a ride, and you have a rental until your car is fixed.
