I really, really wish I'd bought a 200mm lens before I left for Longyearbyen. Oh well, we live and we learn.

ROI ➡️ NI transferring care?

hello!

Has anyone moved from ROI to NI while undergoing transition, and how did you manage transferring care?

I'm hoping to move from Dublin to Belfast in the next couple of years and I'm unsure as to how I'll manage continued access to HRT. I'm 8 years on T, post-top and post-hysto (and cannot produce my own hormones of any kind). Currently an NGS patient.

I know the Brackenburn clinic isn't accepting new patients. Are GPs in the north likely to take over my care? Am I able to stay in the NGS's service (hardly, but maybe) ? It's all a while away yet so for now I'd just like to hear experiences of trans people in the north!

Double incision with Dr Lubomir Lembas in Warsaw, Poland.

Never once have I regretted it. 🦜

Covered up my scars (partially) after 8 years!

unexpected bonus: the numb patches where I never fully regained sensation were a breeze. Overall though, this was a tough tattoo 😮‍💨
