Would like to obtain my 200 hour yoga teacher training cert. I am going to try out a few classes from each studio but I’m wondering if anyone has gone to any of the following yoga studios in Boise and what your experience was:
- True North Yoga
- Flow Studio
- Studio Lotus Yoga

I’m pretty new to baking bread (less than a year now). But I always struggle with the bottom of the burger buns. I pinch it closed and then roll in a circular motion with my hand above the bread like a claw. However it always has a bit of a gap on the bottom. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
