I have lost all motivation and passion

I have no passion for anything. It is scary what has happened to me. I have gone from a passionate woman who had lots of hobbies and enjoyed the little things to someone who doesn’t want to even step out, go for a walk, grocery shop or chat to people. I don’t know why that is. My dad passed away few months ago and since then i just feel like i have lost my childhood (mum passed away a decade ago). I don’t want to go out with my husband anymore, he tries to get me to go out with him and dine out. I don’t find any joy except sitting at home. What could it be and is there a way to get out of this? Have you experienced something similar?

Anyone married

But wants to have their own separate place? Love my husband but want my own space. Is that weird? I an an introvert and love my time alone at home with my cats when husband is away for work out of town. Am i wrong for wanting my own space? I love living alone, waking up and sleeping whenever i want. No one to speak to in mornings. Just me and my cats.

I have gone from size medium to xl.

In exactly one year, i have gone from a medium to size xl. It is so embarrassing. None of my old clothes fit and are hanging in my closet. I have to buy new clothes and i am sick of that. I am avoiding all social events and i stay at home most of the days. I get invited by friends and i make excuses to not go. I feel like i will be judged. I am afraid to go out and meet people who was knew me as a medium size girl.

I have gone from working out 5-6 times a week to home workouts for personal reasons. I am struggling to be consistent and have no accountability anymore. Now i can’t do more than 20 mins of exercise.

Couple of times i did go out and people pointed out i have put on weight. It’s exhausting telling them why. I have had asthma attacks and was on steroids this past year. Also lost my father. I don’t know if it was grief or emotional eating or just inability to move. Maybe all 3. Please offer some advice .
