Interview Questions

I’m starting to look for Jobs within the field now that i’m graduated. I think I do fairly well in interviews but I know that I really struggle when they ask if I have any questions. I don’t really know what to ask, that’s one thing I’m not prepared for. I would ask about pay but they tend to already explain that. I also try to consider everything they tell me and try to come up with questions based on that but everything they say is fairly self explanatory and easy to understand.

products burning after pca peel- student

hi all, i’m an esthi student and recently I had gotten a PCA acne peel from one of my classmates. the peel went great it didn’t feel hot at all its was like a 3 on my face. it has been a week and a half since the peel and i’ve been following all the post care and using the post care products. i have started purging and getting more acne on my forehead and around my mouth which is not only purging but also from stress and diet. well the past 3 days the post care products have been burning my face. I’ll use the PCA facial wash morning and night, then the PCA rebalance moisturizer morning and night and the SPF in the morning. these products even been using throughout the semester and i’ve never once had an issue and same with the peel never had a previous bad reaction. once I put on the moisturizer my face feels like it’s on fire and it stays tingly and hot literally all day. it wasn’t doing this for the first entire week after but now it is and i’m really confused on why. ive also noticed extreme dryness around my cheeks and forehead.any advice or anything i might be doing wrong?

i have dry lips and i use chapstick/beeswax balm consistently. i use the elf lip exfoliant and i use two lip masks which do help make my lips smooth but my lips are flaking. i drink water and once in a while ill exfoliate with a toothbrush and water. i cant seem to fix the dryness and skin flaking off my lips. i don’t pick at my lips or bite on my lips either. any advice??
